Adults;
Two hour classes consisting of a variety of warm-up exercises designed to;
- enhance body form,
- develop muscle tone and strength,
- cardiovascular
- and coordinate the Mind and Body.
Classes start with about 15 mins. Of punching, kicking and footwork exercises that focus on the
foundation that each student will use thru-out their study of Kung Fu San Soo. Followed with
stretching exercises for the core muscle groups.
Then Students are paired up by twos and do exercises designed to help enhance and develop
"reactionary quickness" and "creativity". Followed by the students "Two and Two Workouts"
(sparring).
Each Belt Rank is given a lesson depending on their individual rank. "Not a one size fits all
lesson". Each high Ranking Belt is expected to do whatever lesson is given that is below their
Rank. For example if a Black Belt is present they will do five lessons in one night's class. Each
Student is then checked on the lesson given for foundation, control, accuracy and for proper
reaction when the lesson is done on them. And to ensure that they understand the lesson
given and the type of manipulation that is being done on the skeletal frame of the attacker.
Belt Ranks are;
White Belt = 4 levels
Yellow Belt = 4 levels
Green Belt = 4 levels
Brown Belt = 5 levels
Black Belt = 8 levels

4 Levels of Competence:
Unconsciously Incompetent;
• New Students; they do not realize how deficient their skills are for Realistic Defense. Not
because they lack the capacity to win fights but because they have absolutely no preparation to
cope with this special kind of emergency.
Consciously Incompetent;
• White – Brown Belts Students; they have come to realize that their skills are deficient,
hopefully without serious injury or misfortune. These are the students who are in the process of
learning how to avoid becoming a Victim.
Consciously Competent;
• Black Belt Students; they have achieved an adequate (?) level of proficiency, but they must
think about what they are doing and consciously perform their technique.
Unconsciously Competent;
• This is the ultimate goal of the serious Martial Artist: to Instinctively React and perform
automatically with correct technique without having to think.

Junior Dragons Class;
Their classes consist of One hour with the same exercises and "Two and Two Workouts" as the
Adult class with the exception of a few changes.
They are taught to use and take full advantage of the element of surprise and to use "Hit and
Run Tactics" so they are not exposed to any unnecessary danger, especially when attacked by
an Adult.
They are given specific targets to concentrate on and are taught to be fully aware that no
matter how many lessons they have been given or High Rank they have, It is not wise to go "toe
to toe" with an Adult.
When dealing with someone of their own size or peers, they are also given specific areas of the
body to target and to stay away from certain parts of the anatomy until they fully understand
what they can be capable of doing. That is both Physically and Mentally.
They are taught and made aware of the virtues of being;
- Respectfully
- Mindful
- Honorable
- Courteous
And above all that they are unique in their own special way and to be true to themselves.
To break the mold of bad influence and insecurities and stay "True To Their Center".
